THE POSITION As Supervisor (Full-Time, Temporary), you will provide optimal guest service ensuring that all the guest needs are met in a timely manner. The Supervisor position assists the Store Director and Assistant Store Director in leading the team members in optimal guest service. You will also be responsible for higher level transactions to include cash and safe balancing. Key Responsibilities: Alssists team to achieve store location’s sales, per cap and purchase with purchase goals.Achieves personal purchase with purchase sales goals and other statistical sales expectations assigned by the store leadership team.Supports the Store Director in coaching team members to achieve purchases with purchase goals and other sales expectations.Consistently looks for methods to maximize store sales.Accountable for accurate cash handling with the registers. Ensures completion and accuracy of all register transactions.Works assigned schedule, complies with company personnel policiesResolves guest service issues in partnership with Store Director.Responsible for leading the Sales Team to ensure optimal guest service.Performs all opening and closing operations.Builds strong relationships with team members to align and support execution of business results.Actively pursues opportunities to promote self development.Creates a learning environment by modeling e|n core values.Fosters Partner team member relationships to support business initiatives and growth.Required Skills / Qualifications:2 years of retail management experience preferred.Strong retail sales background, strong merchandising abilities, an entrepreneurial spirit, great interpersonal skills, and love to sellAbility to show dynamic leadership, hire and train staff, and motivate staff to promote maximum performanceAbility to understand and follow all guest service programsMust have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including evenings, holidays, and weekend shiftsProven ability to create a positive work environmentPhysical Demands – The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
