Imagine Exhibitions, a pioneer in global traveling entertainment and immersive experiences, is seeking a Supervisor of Exhibition and Retail Operations to manage the Las Vegas retail portfolio.

We create sophisticated, high-quality, educational, and entertaining experiences for visitor-serving organizations across the globe. Supervisor Retail and Exhibition Operations

About The Role:

It is the primary responsibility of the Supervisor of Exhibition & Retail Operations to manage the team and operations of our exhibition and retail areas. They shall manage internal processes and policies for their hourly teams in accordance with Imagine Exhibitions policies, practices, and procedures.

Experience: 3-5 years as a Retail leadership and live entertainment experience preferred. Personnel supervision, proactive in-store planning skills, sales, customer service, training, loss prevention and online sales processing.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily supervision, training and managing of all personnel aspects of the exhibition & retail operation.
  • Maintain all company operational standards including 100% adherence to the Checklist System.

  • Oversees all scheduling, payroll expenditures and compliance with budgeted numbers.
  • Ensures that the merchandising and operational standards of the exhibition and store are always maintained.
  • Regularly communicates with the corporate buying team to ensure proper merchandise flow.

Communicates needs, top seller info, etc.

  • Processes receiving/shipments, damages, and transfers, etc. in a timely manner and per company standards.
  • Hires and trains additional staff as needed.
  • Will instruct and train all staff while implementing new procedures.
  • Manages all expenditures and controllable costs.
  • Coaches all associates and will inspire growth
  • Always ensures world class customer service standards, 100% customer greeting, suggestive selling, etc.
  • Is a leader and authority on product knowledge.
  • Other duties as designated by the Corporate Imagine Exhibition leadership
  • Responsible for inventory management and setting par levels
  • Responsible for drop and deposit of exhibition and retail
  • Ability to interpret and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
  • Knowledge in account procedures, cash handling and reconciliation practices.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide in all units of measure.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Self-motivated leadership.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Organized and punctual.
  • Adept selling skills.
  • Capable operations of basic POS and software programs.
  • Some lifting (min 25lbs.) with bending at the waist like motions.
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
  • Physical, mental, and environmental demands include a loud, fast paced environment which requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, and reaching through the shift.
