Important responsibilities in this role will include:
- Support one of our clients, a large financial service firm, by working with their Web Content Management team on key project-management initiatives.
- Coordinate with the internal stakeholders, including but not limited to, Commercial Sales leadership, Index Data Services, Finance, Legal, and Strategy & Operations, to assess and define the project scope.
- Develop a project plan and roadmap that prioritizes work to be completed, assigning tasks to stakeholders, defining resources and constraints, and establishing timelines.
- Create a comprehensive list of use cases requiring harmonization and writing or assisting stakeholders in writing use cases.
- Plan and execute formal project meetings efficiently and provide continual updates on progress to stakeholders.
- Manage different initiatives in parallel, being able to stay on top of all initiatives.
- Attend monthly meetings in NYC.
Skills we’re looking for:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business environment / corporate finance.
- Advanced spoken and written communication skills in English, with ability to present to senior management.
- Proven experience in Project Management roles with attention to detail and a “go to market” personality.
- Experience developing models, analyses, and reports in Excel and databases.
- Advance Power Point skills and the ability to build clear visual presentations to senior management.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- General knowledge of Capital Markets (asset classes, market actors, financial markets, etc.)
- Exposure to Web Content knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of software DotCMS preferred.
