Qualifications

Description:

The individual will work with Qualified Income Trust.

Qualified Income Trust worker creates new cases in the system, request the necessary documentation to monitor and recover from the trust, ability to contact trustee or county to procure the necessary information needed to recover funds from the trust.
Worker needs the ability to use Microsoft office programs, good computer skills, phone skills, ability to file, type, basic accounting skills ability to prepare letters and documents: proofread and recognize errors; and how to manage files, time and productivity. Worker should have the ability to review bank statements and other financial documents. Understand legal terminology the ability to converse and correspond with attorneys and trustees. It would be helpful if worker were bi-lingual.
Ability to work independently and as a team. Willing to learn and take instruction.
