· Able to perform repairs and maintenance on light duty trucks and some cars
· Possess a valid driver’s license
· Possess necessary tools to perform the required tasks
· Be timely and dependable
· Attend and participate in training classes as required by management
· Report problem areas to management
· Maintain a clean work areas, between jobs
· Maintain a low rate of comeback repairs
· Achieve and maintain ASE certifications in your area of automotive repair
· Test drive you truck/car after the repairs to confirm the repairs are 100%
