Location: Mira Costa High School Manhattan Beach, California and Hit Factory Torrance, LA, CA

Salary: $23/hr. - $28/hr.

Schedule: Saturday (MB) and Sunday (Torrance) from 8:30am to 11:00am

Job Overview:

We have an exciting part-time opportunity for a Kids Soccer Coach at the Mira Costa High School Soccer Field in Manhattan Beach, CA and Hit Factory Torrance, LA, CA. This role, ideal for mornings from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. every weekend (Saturdays and Sundays), all kids soccer coaches are welcome to apply, offering a perfect balance between professional passion and personal commitments.

As a Kids Soccer Coach, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our young athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Training Sessions:

● Create engaging, skill-based soccer sessions for our children.

● Tailor drills to suit various ages and skills levels.

Skill Development:

● Enhance essential soccer skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork.

● Provide personalized feedback for individual development.

Create a Positive Team Environment:

● Build a supportive, inclusive, and sportsmanlike atmosphere.

● Make each session enjoyable and fulfilling.

Communication:

● Effectively communicate with players, parents, and the coaching team.

● Regularly update on team progress and activities.

Organize and Coordinate Events:

● Ensure smooth operation of all soccer-related activities.

Player Assessment:

● Conduct regular assessments to monitor player development.

● Engage with parents about their children's progress and aspirations.

Qualifications:

● Experience in youth soccer coaching.

● Relevant coaching certifications and qualifications.

● Expertise in child development, particularly in a sports context.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
