From its humble beginning at a farmer’s market, Euro Snack has evolved into a growing company regrouping several retail locations and a production facility in Northern California, which distribute nationwide authentic Liege sugar waffles under the Le Waf brand.
As the leading brand in the premium waffle segment, Le Waf’s portfolio includes prestigious clients such as Disney, Universal Studios, American Airlines, JetBlue, The Venetian, as well as numerous small and mid-sized customers across the country.
Our wholesale department is currently experiencing a strong and steady growth and we are looking for you to join our team and market our line of baked waffles, frozen dough, dry mix and waffle baking equipment nationwide.
We are looking for an ambitious and professional Sales Manager to grow Euro Snack’s portfolio.
And as the company is growing, the right candidate will potentially evolve into a National Sales Director further cementing the success of our company into the future.
Responsibilities
As Euro Snack’s sales representative you will have to:
o Define and prioritize target markets.
o Select and work appropriate distribution channels.
o Create monthly projections, sales, and financial reports.
o Create, update, and manage customers’ data base.
o Follow up on existing clients and on new sales leads (emails, phone calls, visits) to expand customer base and develop long term partnerships.
o Book and attend trade shows. Coordinate travel arrangements.
o Promote pre- and post-trade show activities.
o Ensure professional and efficient sales process (follow up on leads, provide quote to clients, issue invoices, process shipping, collect payment, etc.)
o Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication.
o Resolve issues aiming to customer satisfaction and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
o Develop and increase online sales.
o Develop the social media
o Select, hire, train and manage team of sales professionals.

You already have an established relationships in the world of coffee shop, restaurant and hospitality and a portfolio of clients. You have a deep knowledge of the food service industry and food related applications. You can travel domestically (approximately 70% of the time)
