We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities. Your role will involve helping clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks.

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Administer medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Document and report any changes in clients' physical or mental condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

```Requirements:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients' privacy
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes
