Job Overview:
We are seeking a Spanish speaking, highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, helping with online marketing and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Ability to speak Spanish is necessary for some of our clients, in-home caregivers or applicants. This is a part-time position with possibility of becoming full time.
Schedule:
Part-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
- Assist with project coordination and maintain project files
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary documents
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
