### Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care services. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. ### Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and other outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

### Experience:

- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and their families
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
