Diamond Tool Store is an E-commerce based business that is hiring a IT Specialis / Website manager for a rapidly growing E-Commerce base company geared towards the construction industry.

Individual has to be well versed in E-commerce and website related issues.

Daily tasks ranging from managing websites, CRM, POS, and all systems and integrations that go along with the business process.

Task or knowledge include but not limited to:

• CSS/css3
• Jquery
• JavaScript
• Photoshop
• POS system (Quickbooks preferred)
• MySQL
• Excel
• Php
• Ability to manage, implement, monitor and upgrade all things on E-commerce store
• Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues
• Creating appropriate website content aligned to company’s strategy
• Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular tests
• Adding/Changing/Deleting Product Pages, SKU’s, ETC (daily task)
• Experience and knowledge with some light coding work (HTML, Managing E-commerce shipping, rates, origin, freight, and ground)
• Experience with Photoshop and similar platforms – Managing all images and videos cleaning, editing, resizing, images, etc.
• Light photography work
• Ability to create and edit marketing banners, promos, catalogs, etc.
• Experience and knowledge in SEO
• Experience and knowledge with Social Media
• Knowledge of Point of Sale, troubleshooting, integrations, etc.
• Managing company emails
• CRM Management including automated email drips, sales, integrations,
• Manage all domains
• Manage and work on company’s systems (Our website, other selling platforms, POS, CRM, SEO, and all other platforms related to the business website and sales process).

Must be able to consent to background screening and drug testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
