```Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef Manager to join our team. As the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our establishment. This is a leadership role that requires exceptional kitchen management skills, menu planning expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our customers
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the Dietary Department to create specialized meal plans for individuals with specific dietary requirements
- Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee shift management, including scheduling and assigning tasks to kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and new culinary techniques

Experience:
- Proven experience working as a Chef Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the food service industry
- Strong culinary background with expertise in menu planning, cooking techniques, and food presentation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
