Eureka Stone Quarry Is looking for a Portable Crusher Operator/ Quarry Foreman

While managing with a safety-first style, this position will oversee planning and coordinating of daily mining activities. This will include operational activities such as pit and/or plant production (processing plant), plant maintenance, and mobile equipment. Responsible for demonstrating and leading our safety culture, training and development of team, scheduling, performance management, and effective leadership of hourly workforce. Successfully implement the company's safety and environmental processes. Successfully lead and manage to established production, safety, and environmental objectives and metrics.

Requirements

· Must have and demonstrate a personal and passionate safety culture

· Previous mining experience in a production capacity

· 3 years’ experience in aggregate operations with understanding of mineral processing equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyors, and associated mobile equipment

· Supervisory experience in a mining environment Millwright & Welding Skills

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

· Experience with drilling, blasting, inventory control, and customer service preferred

· Ability to work flexible schedule, when needed; including weekends

· Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, and random drug testing

· Have strong time management skills, the ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks

· Must understand the preventive maintenance that must be performed to minimize unplanned downtime

· Possess oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

· Responsible for knowing and understanding all laws, policies, and regulations that affect our operations

· Implement change in the work place in a timely manner by using all available resources

Will be traveling to various locations in Bucks County and Pocono Area

· Valid Driver’s License and Clean driving record
