Answering phones and redirect them or take messages, scheduling appointments, greeting and welcoming clients, maintaining the front office, administrative duties, handling inquires, sorting and redistributing mail, keep files and records updates.
Requirements:
Familiarity with office machines and computer.
Excellent knowledge of MS office
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multitasking Abilities
Problem solving skills
Customer Service orientation
EHR experience
High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
