Up to $80K Salary, Full-Time, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Service
Our client is a hotel that offers modern comforts and scenic views, and they want you to join their team as a Food & Beverage Manager.
Your day-to-day as a Food & Beverage Manager :
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Schedule and coordinate shifts to meet high service standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team to expedite orders, maintain quality, and uphold culinary standards
- Assist with cooking in the kitchen in the absence of the head chef
- Enhance service quality, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Your skills and experience :
- Previous experience managing teams in a fine-dining establishment is required
- Strong culinary skills to contribute to cooking on days when the head chef is unavailable
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience and knowledge of industry trends
