The Charleston Veterinary Referral Center is hiring a full- time Veterinary Technician to join our outstanding Emergency team!
About You: Thrive on the ever-changing ER environment, an experienced veterinary technician, strong communication skills seeking a cohesive, hard-working team, committed to quality patient care, and efficient, 5-star client service. Experience state of the art equipment and groundbreaking surgeries and procedures.About Us: Charleston Veterinary Referral Center (CVRC) is a is a 24-hour emergency referral center located in beautiful Charleston, SC. We are the ONLY VECCS Level 1 Certified Facility in South Carolina and 1 of 2 in the southeast region of the United States! We currently have a 16,000 square foot, state of the art facility with plans to grow in the new year! Our emergency center is staffed 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to always support our community! Specialty services offered at CVRC include cardiology, internal medicine, neurology & neurosurgery, medical oncology (radiation oncology coming soon!), rehabilitation, soft tissue & orthopedic surgery. Our hospital houses an MRT, CT, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and digital radiographs for diagnostic imaging. - Minimum of 3 years working as a technician, preferably in specialty medicine
- Have an understanding of all basic veterinary knowledge
- Veterinary restraint
- Phlebotomy
- Anesthesia
- Laboratory equipment and procedures, etc.
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with both clients and team members

- Compensation is based on experience & skill level, ranging from $20-28/ hr. Shift differential available.
