Job Description

Colorado Animal Specialty & Emergency (CASE) is seeking a Veterinary Ophthalmologist to join our established team of veterinary specialists.

We are a progressive, team-oriented practice that values high-quality medicine, communication, and compassionate patient care.

Aspen Meadow Veterinary Specialists and Alpenglow Veterinary Specialty Emergency Center merged in fall of 2021 into our brand new, 37,000-square-foot hospital just minutes from our Boulder location. Our state-of-the-art facility has on-site CT, MRI, digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, hemodialysis, a fully equipped lab, and a linear accelerator. We have two underwater treadmills and a dedicated space for acupuncture.

Enjoy collaboration with our other board-certified specialists in Surgery (including one Surgical Oncology Fellow), Neurology, Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Radiology. One of our Criticalists is a Fellow in Nephrology and Extracorporeal Therapies, and we are excited to bring this advanced treatment modality to our clients. We have a robust Emergency Service as well as rotating and specialty internships. Our team has a strong relationship with local referring veterinarians and specialists to provide the best critical and emergency care.

Boulder, Colorado is a progressive community of 100,000, located approximately 30 minutes northwest of Denver, known for its creative laid-back lifestyle. With an average of 300 days of sunshine per year, the Rocky Mountain front range offers true four-season activities for everyone. Salary range: $200,000 -220,000 annually plus production based on experience
