Booster’s Client Care Consultants are responsible for building lasting relationships with current and future clients to secure trust in Booster, our team, services, products, and brands. They maximize school and Booster revenue by consulting clients through campaign strategy (customization) and product options (up-selling) in their fundraising campaigns, leading them to the best year over year partnership possible.
Cultivate Year-Round Client Relationships - Cultivate strong, year-round relationships with clients, equipping them to lead at all levels in their fundraising campaigns. This ensures a remarkable Booster experience, enabling consultants to rebook schools at a quick and efficient rate.
Oversee Booster Product Performance - Equip the program team to run school fundraising campaigns successfully, leading to exceptional financial results . They partner closely with Team Managers to ensure schools are receiving a high quality product and experience.
Maximize Revenue [Upsell & New Business] - Consult clients to the best revenue generating fundraising campaign possible for their schools and strategically network with potential new business in the area.
