Ethos Group Compliance Solutions (EGCS) works with franchised automobile dealerships to identify compliance vulnerabilities within their organization. Our compliance program includes solutions for Human Resources, Consumer Protections, Safety and Cyber Security that help protect the business and its employees.
Safety Risk Assessment Representatives assist dealerships in reducing their risk and exposure to hazards by conducting on site visits and introducing and implementing comprehensive safety programs. Representatives conduct quarterly on-site safety audits in auto dealerships to identify areas of risk and present the findings along with recommended solutions to stakeholders. Our safety program includes on-site training and reviews of customer facilities and employee work practices, customized online training, and a toll-free hotline to assist in answering safety related questions.

Skills and Experience

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Conduct formal training and presentations in a large group setting
• Familiarity with OSHA and other safety topics impacting automobile dealerships
• Maintain a working understanding of general safety related matters
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
• High attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
• Provide support for assigned projects and research responsibilities, as needed
• Strong reading/writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based software applications

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years working in a retail automobile dealership or for a service provider in safety services
• Ability to train both virtually and in person on all aspects of the position and EGCS services/software
• Ability to travel frequently (3-5 days a week)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Professional appearance
• Fluent in Spanish a plus
