We provide an Adviser Platform, Asset Management and Practice Management services for financial advisers and their end clients: mainly individuals, families and institutions. Ethos’s team of 25 is comprised of Management staff, Advisers and Operations support. Our business actively seeks out advisers looking for a turnkey platform with top-tier client service and the ability to affect seamless book-of-business transitions to migrate client accounts. The firm has experienced significant asset and adviser team growth since its inception - that growth is expected to continue and directly warranted the creation of this role. Client Service Associate

The Client Service Associate position provides operational support to financial advisors on our platform. Primary responsibilities include transitioning new advisers onto the Platform, establishing & maintaining client accounts via paper and electronic document software, account cashiering and other support functions. Top candidates will have strong ability to communicate with coworkers and client advisers by way of email, phone and CRM. Knowledge of Charles Schwab Advisor Center and its paperwork is a plus. This position reports directly to firm ownership and provides the opportunity to quickly grow into more senior roles commensurate with gained experience and firm growth.

Position Responsibilities:

· General office operational/administrative/clerical support

· On-board and service investor accounts in a timely, accurate and compliant manner

· Process client cash and account management requests (paper & electronic)

· Review, maintain, and submit client information and transactions into multiple systems, including portfolio accounting and CRM systems

· Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Work, Publisher, & Outlook)

· Technologically savvy and quick to learn proprietary and vendor software

· Ability to multi-task, meet daily deadlines and maintain a high level of quality, detail-oriented

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Some experience in finance and general knowledge of investments

· Ability to work effectively on your own, as well as with Advisors and other team members

· Reliable, with a positive attitude; flexibility to work outside standard hours if necessary

Position Benefits:

· Starting salary for 0 – 2 Years Experience: $60,000. Salary range scales with experience

· Progressive workplace arrangements, though we are an in-office-first organization

· Health insurance and corporate retirement plan after probationary period
