As a Client Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our mission by facilitating strategic marketing campaigns and fostering client relationships. Your focus will encompass sales support, customer interaction, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance our firm's growth.
Responsibilities for our Client Representative:
· Engage directly with consumers to educate them on new marketing services or promotions
· Cultivate customer satisfaction through strategic developmental strategies and exceptional service
· Implement best practices for utilizing systems to achieve team business objectives
· Facilitate seamless communication among divisional departments to align business strategies
· Collaborate with assistant management to devise promotional campaigns tailored to our client portfolio
· Participate in training sessions, product seminars, and virtual webinars
· Uphold our client's reputation through superior customer service
· Provide mentorship and leadership within the team
Qualifications for our Client Representative:
· Associate’s degree or equivalent required
· Preferably 1-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, or customer service
· Demonstrated leadership experience of at least 1 year is highly desirable
· Strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Effective problem-solving abilities with exceptional time management and organizational skills
· Comfortable presenting to both small and large groups
