RN Supervisor / Manager

Location: Monroe, NY

Salary: $60 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Type: Per diem or full-time

We are currently seeking experienced RN Supervisors/Managers to manage and supervise a skilled nursing facility in Monroe, NY. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience working as an RN in a skilled nursing facility or hospital and be able to lead and delegate work to support staff.

RN Supervisor / Manager Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working as an RN in a skilled nursing facility or hospital
• Ability to lead and delegate work to support staff
• Availability to work all shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am)
  • Minimum 3 shifts per week and 1 weekend per month
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Current RN license in the state of New York

RN Supervisor / Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the skilled nursing facility
• Assess newly admitted patients and discharged patients
• Provide direct patient care as needed
• Delegate tasks to support staff
• Monitor and document changes in patients' physical and emotional well-being
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure that all care is provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures
