Job Title : Deskside Support Technician
Location : Richmond, VA - Onsite
Rate :$25 to 28/hr on w2 without benefits
Troubleshooting warehouse equipment such as RF Scanners and Thermal Printers, Helpdesk experience in large warehouse environment, must be able to work fully onsite in Richmond, VA.
This is not just a regular helpdesk position, I am looking for candidates who have experience troubleshooting RF Scanners, Thermal printers and other warehouse equipment. This person must be able to walk over 5-7 miles per day. This is an extremely large warehouse.

This will have a first shift Monday-Friday schedule.
Summary
This resource will be supporting around 400-500 total users. They will be communicating heavily with the IT groups at headquarters in NC. Should be able to work independently. Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade desktop and laptop hardware and peripheral equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance and minimal user impact. Work through resolution of desktop support trouble tickets in a call center environment. Technicians will be required to resolve issues within specified SLA as well as use RF guns, scanners, tablets, and wireless access points.
