The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for:
- Maintaining & updating sales order reports
- Keeping customer accounts updated
- Deescalating customers
- Managing special events as well as special projects with other departments
- Accurately charging Credit Cards on wholesale orders
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience providing customer service or sales support in a warehouse/office environment is a MUST
- Strong knowledge of Excel, especially Vlookups and Pivot tables is a MUST
- Must have strong phone skills with a pleasant, personable and articulate demeanor
- Must have experience working in a product inventory setting including how to handle Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Experience in customer management, order management, and return management are a MUST
- Experience handling customer cases/inquires and EDIs are a MUST
