Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Long term care: 2 years (Preferred)
• Rehabilitation: 2 years (Preferred)
• LPN: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• LPN (Preferred)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Utica, NY 13502 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Utica, NY 13502: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
