Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, assist physicians and registered nurses, and ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and provide basic medical care under the direction of physicians and registered nurses
- Administer medications and treatments including catheterization, Botulinum toxin treatment, and catheter care
- Assist with sterile processing procedures
- Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate patient care plans
- Conduct health coaching and patient education sessions
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience in ER, medical office, or similar healthcare settings preferred
- Proficiency in patient assessment and care procedures
- Knowledge of sterile processing techniques
- Familiarity with Sonography is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
