Shift: Evenings 2-10 pm (5*8's)

Hours per week: 40 hours per week
Pay Range: $25/- to $27/- per hour on W2

Duties:
- Assist nurses and medical staff with various tasks, including patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Take and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with patient hygiene tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Help patients with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Collect specimens for laboratory testing and perform basic procedures such as phlebotomy
- Administer medications under the supervision of a nurse
- Monitor patients for any changes in condition and report concerns to the nursing staff
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times
- Maintain accurate medical documentation using electronic health record systems (eClinicalWorks)

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training program
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of [STATE]
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare procedures
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
- Familiarity with administering injections and performing gastric lavage is a plus
- Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (eClinicalWorks)
- Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) and its proper usage
