Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Aesthetics (medspa) Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks in a medical office setting and a medspa setting, with a strong focus on patient service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service to patients
- Coordinate appointments and maintain the schedule efficiently
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services
- Utilize medical terminology and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Familiarity with dental office procedures and Dentrix software is a plus
- Operate phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls

Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a medspa receptionist or coordinator role is preferred
- Proficiency in handling patient service inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Experience working in a medical practice environment is advantageous
- Familiarity with EMR software or practice management systems is a bonus

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
