**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, network administration, and customer relations management platforms.

**Duties:**

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT issues

- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

- Maintain and manage IT infrastructure including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls

- Set up and manage user accounts in Active Directory

- Perform network administration tasks such as monitoring system performance and ensuring security protocols are up to date

- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to technical issues

- Assist in analyzing IT requirements to improve systems and processes

- Run and manage all aspects of CRM platform to build customer base and mage relationships with patients.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in IT support roles with a focus on help desk support and network administration

- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS as well as some experience with CRM platforms.

- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and computer networking principles

- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively

- Excellent customer service skills to interact with users at all levels of the organization
