POSITION SUMMARY
As an NBI/Conflicts Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage daily workflow, conduct conflict checks, make necessary client matter adjustments, and assign client matter numbers. Your attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality will be essential in this role.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to your core responsibilities, you'll have the opportunity to take initiative by training and mentoring new NBI hires, staff, and attorneys on NBI policies and procedures. Our client values efficiency and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience in Legal NBI/Conflicts, with prior experience in a law firm required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but a combination of education and experience will also be considered. Your experience must be in civil litigation.
