Senior Project Manager, PMP Certified from PMI Position: Senior Project Manager / PMP with Government experience. The ideal Project Manager will have at least 10-15 years working in Information Technology which will include the following experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of five (5) years of experience working as a project manager on government agency projects.
A minimum of five (5) years leading and facilitating strategic plan development.
Must have completed a minimum of three (3) strategic plans for a public government entity.
A minimum of four (4) years of experience leading meetings with executive level teams.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience developing communication plans for enterprise wide communications.
A minimum of five (5) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible PM project experience applying project management (PM) principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least two (2) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
Previous government project experience in strategic planning is required.
Minimum possession of a bachelor’s degree (all key personnel).
2-3 years hands-on experience working on PAL Stages 1, 2, 3, and 4 for State of California procurement process and documents.
Large-scale enterprise systems project experiences.
