***Outbound Shift***

Join the nation’s largest, privately-owned freight carrier as a Customer Service Clerk III. Based in the fast-paced environment of our Spokane, WA terminal, this role provides customer service support and shipping assistance. Other duties include administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents.

We're looking for someone with multi-tasking skills who is experienced in customer service, friendly, reliable and willing to learn.

Pay & Benefits for Part-time Customer Care Clerks:

• Starting hourly rate of $22.75 per hour up to $25.50 per hour

Qualifications Summary:

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Previous experience in the LTL industry is a plus but not required
• Customer Service experience
• AS400 experience preferred
• Dispatch experience preferred
• Customer Service experience
• Billing and tracking experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and good problem-solving skills
• Capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities
