POSITION SUMMARY:
In this position the Account Manager is primary client contact for all jobs in the area.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Management
Develop production activity calendar
Review new equipment technology
Plant, Turf & Tree Health Care (finalize annual agronomic plans, develop selective pruning schedule
Order fert. & pest products, order premurgent, schedule pre emergent applications
Schedule Summer aeration
Maintains familiarity with each job’s specifications and insures compliance.
Develops and maintains schedules for maintenance work on all jobs.
Creates routes for crews and coordinates manpower, equipment and materials.
Monitors and arranges schedules for irrigation system on job sites.
Monitor and arrange schedule for pest control and fertilization.
Manages equipment needs and sees that all equipment in the area is properly maintained.
Manage designated work teams
Employee reviews, discipline & skill set assessment
Production & efficiency
Scheduling & seasonal start-up
Solve production related issues
Implement agronomic plan
Develop & update production activity calendar
Equipment utilization & asset management
Manage asset newness
Oversee all support regimes (shop support, supply chain support, adm. support, resources support such as vendor, supplier, Sub Contractor, etc.), financial tool support (systems understanding & education).

Life cycle management landscaping
Lawn & ornamental fertilization plans with Pest Control Manager
Supports branch vision, performs accordingly and passes it on to employees.
Upholds and enforces all Triple J policies. Provides feedback to employees on procedures and policies.
Monitors direct labor budgets.
Keeps office informed of changes in job and billing status.
Provides accurate and timely paperwork flow from field to office.
Actively supports branch safety program.
Insures extra work is billed on time.
Assists with sales and renewals as appropriate.
Volunteers for projects and programs, makes improvements and adds suggestions for existing programs.
Provides creative solutions to problems.
Thinks ahead, has pro-active plan to keep Triple J ahead of the competition.
Assumes responsibility, authority, and is accountable for all activities within an area.
Goes beyond the client expectations of service. Must be able to anticipate client’s needs.
Aware of the pulse of the organization and keeps immediate supervisors and those he is responsible for informed.

Must be able to the following: Sit for long periods of time, able to stand for at least 4 hours at a time, occasionally required to climb stairs, have normal eye/hand motor coordination and the ability to grasp small objects, possess a normal extended reach, must be able to move about, lift up to 40 lbs, and have the ability to determine colors and possess near perception.
