At Estafeta USA the Airport Manager is responsible for overseeing all necessary ground support equipment, attend landings, boarding and disembarking maneuvers, fuel supply, signaling with the personnel that provides ramp service, and any other related activities in order to carry out the entry clearance and departure of aircraft efficiently.

Responsibilities:

· Constant communication with Operation Control Center, to coordinate the flight roles of the crew. Notify crew of actual departure time. As well as fuel load details, aircraft load, and balance information.

· Partner with Airport and Aeronautical authorities for the arrival and departure actives of the company’s aircraft. To keep in compliance with requirements; and achieve a successful operation in a timely manner.

· Supervise ramp service providers and ensure compliance according to the contract provisions. Support the services received and/or report irregularities to the airport management.

· Supervise ground support equipment used to carry out the arrival, unloading / loading, and departure activities of the company’s aircraft is adequate. Keeping equipment conditioned and available.

· Supervise fuel supply service, so that the process is carried out in accordance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree or 1 year of work related experience
