GENERAL FUNCTION

The Returns Specialist supports the Eyewear and AFA Perfect Returns/Carrier Refusal process with responsibilities to issue credits to our customers with accuracy and timeliness. He/She owns communication with Customer Service and business stakeholders on status, issues and resolutions.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Lead for After Sales Eyewear and AFA Perfect Returns/Carrier Refusals
• Ensures accuracy and timely processing of Credit using FIFO
• Maintains accurate and organized emails for Returns
• Communicates with the After Sales leadership on status, results and issues
• Streamlines work flow and identifies improvement opportunities
• Flexible to support the business needs Trouble shoot and resolve issues with issuing credit
• Achieves Key Performance Indicators
• Supports trouble log and resolution SOP’s

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 years’ experience in Logistics/Distribution
• Excellent communication skills and organization
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Outlook
• Attention to detail
• Able to work under requested deadlines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook Excel)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Self-motivated
• Excellent mathematical aptitude
• Ability to multi-task and flex between roles
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management System
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or industry equivalent
• Customer Service Experience
