JOB SUMMARY

Part-time CUSTODIAN needed to perform custodial maintenance to ensure a clean and safe environment for our staff. This is a Monday through Friday position and we can be flexible on the hours. This position will start out at 10.0 hours per week, but will go up to 29.0 hours per week as our facility gets closer to opening.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• · Cleaning windows and other glass surfaces
• · Dusting all surfaces
• · Mopping, scrubbing, sweeping floors
• · Maintain cleaning supplies and supply area
• · Clean bathrooms, breakrooms, offices
• · Other duties as assigned
• · Some clerical work duties may also be assigned

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, ABILITIES REQUIRED

• · 2 years’ experience with prior cleaning duties
• · 1 years manufacturing experience.
• · Prior painting and or construction experience a plus but not needed

OTHER:

• · Physically capable of lifting and maneuvering in excess of 40lbs throughout the work day.
• · Capable of working in a manufacturing environment with temperature variations.
• · Ability to stand for long periods of time
• · Must have steel toe boots / footwear
• · Must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
