Essex Financial is seeking an Office Operations Associate to support our team as we continue to grow and expand. The Office Operations Associate will be the right-hand person to the Strategic Development Manager, partnering to ensure smooth implementation and usage of office technology and other areas as needed. This person will have an integral role in Essex Financials’ operations, assisting our team members’ needs/requests, troubleshooting IT and equipment issues, and working cross-departmentally on projects and implementations. The ideal candidate is a team player that is solutions oriented and has a fundamental understanding of office technology and systems.
Responsibilities
· Assist team members with technology related issues, needs, and requests
· Partner with the Strategic Development Manager on various projects and implementations
· Champion the use and function of the meeting room technology
· Pull and deliver reports from Essex Financials’ systems.
· Data entry in various systems
· Coordinate meetings and appointments as necessary
· Able to handle confidential information with high sensitivity and discretion
Qualifications
· · Comfortable learning new systems
· Experience in client-facing and/or support roles
· Experience with implementation and or/training
· Proficient in Microsoft Suite
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· Experience with CRM systems on the Microsoft dynamics platform would be preferred
· Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, telecommunication administration, and video conferencing preferred
