JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

As the E-Commerce & Digital Manager, you will be responsible for developing the strategic plan for ecommerce and digital efforts in partnership with the Head of Ecommerce & Marketing. You will be responsible for creating demand-generation activities and revenue growth of our ecommerce business. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, own, performance marketing, lead generation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives across owned and earned channels, partner platforms, organic search, and paid media.

The E-Commerce & Digital Manager owns the demand generation of new customers and revenue growth of our ecommerce business.

  • Partner with the Head of Marketing and Ecommerce to develop and execute our digital ecommerce strategic roadmap, including scoping, prioritization, execution, and measurement to drive traffic and revenue
  • Maximize online sales through constant testing, site optimization, UI/UX, and improving online customer experience.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing to present brand and product stories online in a compelling way that delivers a rich brand experience to the consumer and integrates with other brand channel messaging.
  • Spearheaded CRO, UX and visual merchandising efforts through site enhancements and marketing calendar objectives.
  • Manage outside agency partners for design, development, and SEO
  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across all channels - including email, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, paid search, display advertising, and social
  • Lead and manage the digital team to execute and measure against strategies
  • Ideate and deliver creative briefs for new campaigns and product launches
  • Maintain analytics to measure performance and inform future planning, improvement, and optimization
  • Have a deep understanding of the process for executing content on the website, development needs, and promotional tools for internal and external audiences
  • Ensures digital campaigns and customer journeys, including but not limited to general and segment-specific site content, product enrichment, product imagery, digital media, and product attributes
  • Reporting on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance, including providing post-mortem analysis and key learnings from new features and automation.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and internal partners on campaign development and implementation
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the company and operational needs.

Competencies

  • 5 years of experience working in digital marketing or a similar field.
  • Skilled in digital marketing activities, including but not limited to SEO, paid ads, email, and affiliate programs to drive website traffic and revenue.
  • Outstanding analytical skills- ability to formulate logical business insights and test new ideas to improve retention and engagement.
  • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels.
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify, prioritize, and help the team focus on the tasks that drive the most value.
  • Detail oriented, operate with urgency, and are comfortable with levels of ambiguity in the business.
  • Thinks creatively and recognizes new innovative solutions for the organization.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and execute corporate priorities.
  • Ability to work independently against deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Magento experience highly preferred.
  • This role is hybrid, and does require days in office
