Esri is Hiring an Audience Strategy Team Lead Near Redlands, CA
Overview
The Audience Strategy Team Lead is responsible for leading and inspiring a team environment within the Digital Performance Management Team and partnering with marketing colleagues to help define and activate audience segments to be marketed across web, email, social, advertising, and other digital channels. The role will also serve as a lead audience strategy consultant to the marketing teams to ensure business goals are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead the audience strategy team and drive success of the data strategy and roadmap
- Communicate operational priorities, objectives, and goals
- Train and onboard new audience strategy team members
- Delegate tasks, set deadlines, and ensure that the team's workload is consistent
- Ensure that tasks and project due dates are achieved by the team
- Drive improvement efforts in process management to find solutions for operational gaps
- Monitor and troubleshoot data enrichment efforts
- Evaluate data quality metrics and partner with the analytics team for standardization and syncing opportunities
- Adhere to data governance standards and procedures
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that campaign targets and leads are realigned with strategic objectives
- Provide consultative data driven solutions that provide measurable results for campaign strategies and processes
- Can work remotely
Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained
- Applicants must also have experience with the following: Power BI; Improving processes and workflows using templates and projects in Workfront; Demandbase Analytics, Journeys, and Orchestration; Informatica Developer, with ability to create physical data objects (including reference tables), mapplets, transformations and mappings; and Satori BulkMailer, understanding of direct mail process including address validation, move updates and deduplication
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, or a related field of study
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, or a related field of study and Five (5) years of experience, the employer will also accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, GIS, or a related field of study AND Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained
