Job Description Job Description Account Services CoordinatorMon - Fri, 8am - 5pm in office (remote work not available)San Antonio, TX; some travel requiredPay: $19 - $21 per hourThis position is responsible for Account customer service: answering incoming telephone calls, providing information, receiving and processing payments, entering and updating Account records. The Account Services Coordinator is the primary contact with our accounts and maintains a positive relationship through communication efforts.Answers and screens incoming calls, responds to questions or routes calls as appropriate.Prepares Account contracts, collects and tracks Account information and data, enters into database. Follows-up on deadlines. Keeps state sales tax information and assists with filing payments with state offices. Reviews contracts and creates reports and reviews invoicing for payments. Prepare purchase orders for review by supervisor of annual Account information packets. Communicates updates to Accounts of forms, policies, and guidelines as directed.Processes and records all Account payments and allocates as needed. Follows up on late payments. Promote and sell marketing and advertising opportunities to Accounts. Travel to trade shows as needed. Support office administrative duties: preparing various reports and presentations, answer phones and general email and mailPerform other related duties as assigned. Travels to attend meetings and trade shows as needed. Needed QualificationsThe position requires a High School diploma and 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing.Associate's Degree or higher preferred. Experience in the outdoor or firearms industry preferred. 2 - 3 years of Data Enry experience2 years experience with database software2 years experience in Customer ServiceValid driver's licenseAny equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
