We are seeking a skilled and dependable Tri-Axle Truck Driver to join our team. The Tri-Axle Truck Driver will be responsible for safely operating a tri-axle truck to transport various materials, including construction aggregates, asphalt, and other heavy loads. The ideal candidate will have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL), a clean driving record, and prior experience operating tri-axle trucks. Attention to detail, excellent driving skills, and a strong commitment to safety are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a tri-axle truck to transport materials to and from job sites
• Load and unload materials onto the truck using appropriate equipment and securing techniques
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and report any maintenance or safety issues
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues or concerns
• Ensure the proper handling and securement of materials during transport to prevent damage or loss
• Comply with all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on the truck, such as checking fluid levels and inspecting tires, brakes, and lights

Qualifications:

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
• Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents
• Proven experience operating tri-axle trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles
• Knowledge of safe driving practices DOT regulations and ability to navigate various road conditions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• OSHA 10 Preferred
• Hazwoper and medical card preferred.
