Summary:

Esposito Construction is seeking an Equipment Operator with field experience for various job sites across the state. Specifically we are looking for team members in NJ/PA. Candidates must have experience running loaders, dozers, excavators and various other machines. Candidates must also have knowledge of site work, earth moving, and utilities installation. Experience with pipe and/or utility work is a plus. We are seeking someone who is motivated, hands-on, self-starter with a proven track record.

Responsibilities:

• Operating equipment and heavy machinery
• Participating and helping plan day to day crew operations
• Communicating with sub-contractors
• Coordinating equipment and materials required for work assigned
• Providing input for daily and weekly reports for the job
• Adhering to timelines and communicating when necessary if delays are anticipated
• Maintaining and helping grow our safety culture

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in team setting
• Pipe experience preferred but not required
• Physically capable to work on your feet and lift/move material productively
• Must have a good pair of work boots
• OSHA 10 and/or 30 Preferred
