Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counselor to join our team. As a Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals facing various challenges in their lives. Your role will involve assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote positive change.

Duties:
- Conduct individual counseling sessions to address clients' emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs and goals
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate personal growth and development
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in counseling

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Counselor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients
- Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to counseling
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in counseling

Skills:
- Sales skills to effectively market counseling services
- Ability to analyze client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Negotiation skills to navigate challenging situations during counseling sessions
- Experience in technical sales or technology sales is a plus
- Account management skills to maintain relationships with clients
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required
- Business development skills to attract new clients and expand the counseling practice
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

Pay: $17.54 - $21.13 per hour
