Esporta Fitness is seeking highly motivated and sales driven leader to take on the role of Assistant Sales Manager . This is a great position for someone who loves sales and is passionate about helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals. This role involves spending time in the club working (Front desk, promotional table and interact with members to get in club referrals), as well as outside marketing cultivate relationships to get potential members motivated to come try out the gym on a guest pass with a booked appointments and building relationships with the members & corporate wellness.
Candidates must have great people skills, willingness to learn, be mentored, and a strong desire to help others achieve optimal results. An ideal candidate must have a passion for fitness, demonstrate a drive for success, and a history of commitment, delivering results and motivating clients. Department : Fitness Position Purpose: Assess the needs of our members in order to formulate and recommend customized fitness memberships and programs..
Take ownership of the member experience and business. The objective of this position is to be able to run the club in the absence of the GM.
Which would involve the ability to -
1. Meet membership sales unit goal by giving a result based tour and giving the member the best experience and then showing the membership rate that best suits them.
2. Ability to market and self generate just 10 leads per day. Really, meeting and getting guest passes out to try our facility for a week.
3. Comfortable on the phones and able to make 50 calls per work shift
4. Able to be a leader. By leading by example through measurable actions. Able to show and develop a team.
5. Lastly, able to create a fun high energy results based culture with the emphasis of giving our members the best experience as possible.
