Our training staff boasts some of the best personal trainers in the business! Our Assistant Personal Training Directors use their knowledge to sell our personal training services, as well as to help guide members to the right trainer and the right training program for them. They work hand in hand with the Fitness Sales staff to set up complimentary introductory training assessments for our new and existing members. This is a full time position with full medical and vision benefits. We make lots of promotions from within so the opportunity for growth is always available. They are paid hourly plus commissions and receive a complimentary club membership.

Job Requirements:

-Running fitness assesments with new and current members

-Selling PT packages

-Prospecting/Marketing for PT including- phone calls, floor pulls.

-Servicing existing cliente- Following up with current clients ensuring curstomer satisfaction

Pay Structure:

Mixture of base/hourly monthly bonus OT

Hours:

FULL TIME- 44hrs per week- including nights and weekends
