How You'll Support Our Mission:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Finance, you will play a key role in owning the budgeting and forecasting processes for the company, optimizing existing financial models to be more predictive and accurate, and effectively partnering cross functionally with stakeholders to ensure headcount, opex, and revenue projections are aligned to ESO's financial plan. You will partner with other senior leaders to implement strategies to achieve operational goals and deliver operational efficiencies. Beyond strategic recommendations, you will oversee all facets of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the senior leadership team and investors.

What You'll Be Doing - The Day to Day:

• Build product-level P&Ls to help improve margins and provide strategic recommendations to the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to grow revenues.
• Refine the monthly Budget vs. Actuals (BvAs) distributed materials to drive thoughtful discussion around cost savings strategies with department leaders.
• Use visualization tools to create live P&Ls that will allow stakeholders to have clear visibility into their P&L impacts and drive action.
• Create country-level P&Ls using Adaptive to capture the financial implications of ESO's geo expansion strategy.
• Oversee all cadenced key stakeholder communications, including Board of Directors presentations and investor updates.
• Support ad hoc projects by collecting and analyzing data, creating meaningful strategic recommendations, and communicating them concisely to the broader leadership team.

Who You Are - The Essentials:

• You have relevant work experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, and/or Corporate Finance at fast-paced companies.
