We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will play a critical role in providing immediate care and support to patients in need. Duties:

• Provide direct patient care in emergency situations, assessing and addressing immediate medical needs.
• Perform triage assessments to determine the urgency of patient conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with emergency procedures such as airway management and resuscitation efforts.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
• Participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients and their families on post-discharge care.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in AZ.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an Emergency Room setting.
• Strong knowledge of emergency nursing practices, protocols, and procedures.
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $2,100.24 - $2,500.27 per week
