Esbee Productions D is Hiring a Director of Nursing Near Everett, WA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing care within our facility. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills and a deep understanding of nursing practices in various healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the nursing staff, ensuring they provide high-quality care to residents/patients
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to create comprehensive care plans for residents/patients
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Ensure resident/patient rights are respected and upheld at all times
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in nursing practices and implement best practices within the facility

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred).
  • Valid nursing license.
  • Proven experience in nurse management or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices in various healthcare settings (nursing home, assisted living, acute care, hospice care, home health).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • 5x8
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

  • BLS Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Everett, WA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
