Erwin Technical College is seeking a full-time program director and part-time classroom instructors for the MLT program.

This program offers a sequence of courses that provides coherent and rigorous content aligned with challenging academic standards and relevant technical knowledge and skills needed to prepare for further education and careers in Medical Clinical Lab.

Instructional delivery includes direct instruction, designing group learning activities, demonstrations, assessment, and routine procedures in a fully operational updated training laboratory.

The program content consists of the following 9 courses:

* Basic Health Care Worker

* Phlebotomist

* Introduction to Medical Laboratory

* Urinalysis & Body Fluids

* Hematology & Hemostasis

* Immunology

* Clinical Chemistry

* Immunohematology

* Microbiology & Parasitology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• documented clinical laboratory: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• medical technologist license (Preferred)
