Position: Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Portland Metro Area, OR 97229

The position requires you to be living in the Portland metro area. This is NOT a work remote position. A vehicle, a valid drivers license, and auto insurance is required for this position. Competitive pay includes a base hourly rate for this position, and it is a full-time position. After one year of employment, full time employees are eligible for health benefits, including dental coverage.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

  • One year of administrative or customer service experience preferred
  • Professionalism and reliability in attendance is extremely important
  • Organized and able to prioritize levels of responsibility from low-urgent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced culture
  • Ability to stay calm in high-pressure or stressful situations
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention
  • Problem-solving skills from start to finish and ability to see the bigger picture
  • Ability to multitask and work on numerous customer tickets simultaneously
  • Proficiency in computer software programs (e.g., Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets)
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and auto insurance required
  • High school diploma or GED required

Job Duties:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing all new customer service maintenance request tickets from tenants and homeowners
  • Coordinating repairs with vendors, tenants, and homeowners
  • Coordinating/Resolving 30-40 customer service maintenance request tickets
  • Maintaining accurate property notes/documents including serial numbers, model numbers, and warranty information
  • Conducting inspections for repair requests (utilizing specialized tools such as temperature guns and moisture readers)
  • Inspecting properties for repairs and maintenance needs that have been submitted
  • Documenting repair requests and completed repairs through photo documentation including before/after photos
  • Managing appointments and calendars
  • Handling correspondence and prioritizing mail and emails
  • Providing reports for research and screening of new vendors and statistics of current market pricing for vendors
  • Requesting surveys from owners/tenants regarding the service they received from the team or yourself
  • Auditing customer tickets and internal tickets to maintain the accuracy of the coordination report
  • Conducting various types of inspections and driving to multiple locations/properties in a day
  • Conducting move-in/move-out/ or semi-annual inspections

Starting Salary: $18.00

Company Benefits:

  • Mileage Reimbursement: We provide reimbursement for work-related travel at a rate of $0.67 per mile.
  • Paid Time Off & Leave: Paid Time Off & Leave: Employees eligible for PTO (paid time off) up to 80 hours (10 days) PTO is accrued each pay period for hours worked. Each year addtional hours of PTO are accrued i.e 80 hours year 1, 80 hours roll over year 2, 120 hours year 3 etc. Additional weeks of PTO given for long-term employees.
  • Health Benefits: After the 90-day probation period, employees are eligible for medical and dental health benefit packages
  • License Fee Reimbursement: For Real Estate/Property Manager Positions, we reimburse employees for all license fees during employment after 1 year with the company.

  • 8 hour shift
  • Works at the office (Not remote)

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Portland, OR 97229: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
